True but our Asian diet much harder to cut rice than cut sugar

True. Since it's harder to cut carbo than sugar drinks, at least we can try to cut sugar drinks. I also try to cut rice intake recently. Just a small scoop. Just fill up with vege and fruits if not full. But only on weekdays. Weekends I let go coz I earned it after suffering for 5 days working. Lol.

i think years ago, they reduced the sugar content to previous versions. Sprite also. Actually many carbonated soft drinks have done this.

Yup. i would say most of the soft drinks recipe changed over the decade. They have been slowly reducing the sugar bit by bit.

I collect Coke cans. Have some over ten years ago. Maybe can pop one open and taste the difference before i need to go A&E. 🤣

Do watch out for cans that might leak slowly ... used to have a collection of overseas coke cans and bottles until the cans starts leaking ...

Yeah. Coke is acidic, so container may not last. I only keep those Alu cans and glass bottles and threw away the plastic ones. I put them on a tray just in case it leaks.

but I had 2 weird cases for coke. 1 exploded in the fridge and another freezes. Both times in the cooler compartment.
