From the picture, seems like too squeezing to sit 3 guys? Unless all are small size? Or the cup holder can take out and convert to a seat? But the centre tunnel also too high to sit a person le?

But ah, if just for a very short distance, then maybe no problem to squeeze la. 😅

Guy sitting in the middle also have seat belt? If not, he'll be the first one flying thru the windscreen in a frontal impact.

Best answer man. 🤣

In that few seconds before he answered, a lot must be going thru his mind. Probably a flowchart.

If I say save you first, my father sitting there will be disappointed.
If I say save my father first, you will be angry.
Better say save the fire first safer.

Anyway, if indeed meth injection is found to be a factor in this, you can bet that it's going to receive extra scrutiny by LTA. So far, I don't think it's explicitly made illegal, but I bet it will be. Never done this myself so not sure if dismantling the apparatus before inspection and reinstalling it afterwards is feasible. Somehow, I doubt it, the lines have to run again and there will always be tell-tale signs.

They'll probably make all water injection systems illegal too, since you can say you run only water but nothing is stopping you from adding methanol. Intercooler sprays for FMIC systems may also get targeted.

Just a heads-up for anyone running these.

Any thing that is not stock, is illegal, especially when u touch the engine system.

Car insurance company will pay? I bet all my fortunes that it's a No.

normal b&b 4series coupe ... rear centre still can sit people which is a damn small cushion (cannot be said as a seat)

but for M4 ... the center is a holder wor + the damn high centre tunnel to spread legs

3 adults squeeze at the back make it worse to "escape" ... [sweatdrop]

Its a coupe, there is almost no escape for the ones in the rear in a situation like that

Won’t pay for the car, but 3rd party should still cover I think.
looks like insurance for under 30 will skyrocket if tied to a performance car. No 5k no talk?

Should be no problem fitting in 3 smaller size persons. After all, typical car's width is fairly standard, due to the standard width of road lane, and it's meant to fit 3 persons side-by-side.

Also noticed that typically some drivers of these souped-up cars are pretty small size - and need the expensive car to compensate [laugh]

Illegal racing/time trial probably won't be covered except personal injuries. In fact the car would be confiscated.

What do you think is the deserved punishment? Fine? License suspension? Jail?

Make no mistake - the car is a weapon. Like the failed businessman who drove the wrong direction along AYE in his Mercedes Benz only to kill a regular guy in his Vios who was minding his own business.

Someone else paid with their life.

What we are sure is that there is a video showing the car flying down the street at ridiculous speeds - over three times the speed limit there. Punishment is one thing but the consequences to others is another.

The only good thing in this case is that only the people playing with the weapon had to pay.

Fast cars today are too easy to acquire and too easy to drive fast - just floor the throttle.

I'm also "not sure" by filming their exploits what they wanted to do with the footage, but they've sure become famous now and have made front page news.

I like this kind of pragmatism, not the usual social justice warrior shit.

Imagine in the near future, everyone can afford a sub 5 sec EV soon. Better hope the autonomous driving systems are smart enough to prevent such foolhardiness.

Isn't this just speculation that the car had a meth injection system installed.

ALL car insurance companies MUST NOW put a high premium load on ALL insurance agents and financial advisors as they are considered HIGH-RISK group. MAS pls make the necessary action.

Ironically all 5 were in the insurance line, from Aviva.  They knew the consequence.

Yes. I'm saying if the investigation finds one, there will be consequences.

I think the workshop provided the service upgrade should be suspended as well as workshop owner should be punished as well.
