Woman linked to fatal Tanjong Pagar crash charged with dangerous driving, expected to plead guilty

According to court documents, Phoo was allegedly driving the car along Tanjong Pagar Road at a speed of 109kmh at around 5.35am that day. The speed limit was 50kmh.

She counted herself lucky,maybe if that M4 could sit another Person,She could be resting in a Urn now...instead of paying a small Fine with 18 Demerit Points deducted.

Motorist linked to fatal Tanjong Pagar crash fined $5k for dangerous driving

She had driven the car at average speeds of between 109kmh and 130kmh on stretches of Tanjong Pagar Road, based on footage taken from closed-circuit television cameras in the area.

Footage from the in-vehicle camera of a nearby taxi showed that the BMW’s average speed was between 125kmh and 181kmh when it was travelling towards Keppel Road.

The speed limit in the area is 50kmh.
