Yes but pilot assist will deactivate after a few minutes if the steering wheel is not "stroked".

I haven't tried Tesla but the Volvo dynamic cruise control with pilot assist is really quite good on highway but works only with clear road marking.

Yeah. That's why for a short while. Enough for me to blow my nose. At least Volvo system warn you before deactivating and slowly halt the car to a halt. Some other system just warn you and deactivate without halting you to a stop. Anyway these systems are called driver assistance for a reason. They are not self driving system.

@pChou @Laserjet
I think can wait longer before take the plunge to buy Tesla ba.
The prices likely to remain at this level as long as govt keeps the subsidy, which will probably last for the next 3 years.

Anyone test drove a Tesla before can comment on the overall feel of the car. Apart from that it's a EV with all the latest Tech, quite turn off by the interior as it look really bare metal. Even Elon Musk also question the built quality of the car.

Ppl are commenting that it gives BM 3series and C class a run for money.I am not so sure....

probably comparing the perfomance pack, closer to M3 400+bhp

standard model should be closer to 330i, 250bhp, 5.8s.

We are getting the 239kw motor.  That will be 320hp.

I think more like Vios with M3 performance.

oh, i was looking at the century sprint, 5.6s closer to the 330i (5.8s)?

Is tesla underdeclaring the 0-100 times? 320hp+electric+rwd should be good for sub 5s.
wiki quoted 5.0-5.6s for 211kw models and 3.9-4.4s for 258kw models

I am looking at motor output vs engine output.

No point comparing sprint.
power to ratio is so much difference

carwow did several runs 0-60mph, 3.3seconds for their UK performance pack 2021 Tesla.
Not sure of difference between theirs and the SH one.
