Looks like 15k of 2016 CAT A who renewed 5yrs COE are returning back! average each month returning 1250 COEs....

The CAT A returning COE to 2021 amount is huge, lowest COE period for this year is coming soon...

Based LTA data or a quick google, you will know when is the best time to go buy with the most COE returning...
