The details of the February 2021 1st open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) are as follows:

Tender opens: Monday, 1 February 2021, 12 noon
Tender closes: Wednesday, 3 February 2021, 4.00 pm
Tender results: Wednesday, 3 February 2021 (Available on the www.onemotoring.lta.gov.sg website)

The total quota available for this tender is 2,976 (-368) for the following vehicle categories:

NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES
Category A : Cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW (130bhp)) => 885 (-78)
Category B : Cars (above 1600cc or 97kW (130bhp)) => 943 (-80)
Category D : Motorcycles => 572 (+43)

TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES
Category C : Goods Vehicles and Buses => 276 (-96)
Category E : Open Category => 300 (-167)

COE got no link with economy. 

judging from the showroom last few week, i think it will shoot up for sure. Most AD keeping COE rebate at $45k. I doubt they will bid lower than $45k.

Quoted in the Honda Price list. Cat A COE rebate $42,000 and Cat B COE rebate $49,000 and all are Non-G but upgraded to G.
