Feel good for the people working for him.  A lot of MNCs have removed the word bonus from their company culture long long ago , especially the American listed MNC, when the CEOs are measured by earning per share, driven by individual greed.

Sheng siong got a lot of chio viet bu cashier, now you know why they always smiling ... [laugh]

It could be a prior agreement by the mgmt with the workers, in normal times thinking that it's impossible to reach such levels of profit or revenue, so almost impossible to be paying out so much. Then suddenly... it really happens so bo pian have to pay out.

give out $$ in show is WAYANG ... that's marketing ... give $1 must make sure take back $10 ... lol

but give bonus to staff is really put money into their pocket ...

every dollar got blood got sweat for working their ass off [thumbsup] 

the manager should not be getting more months than rank and file

unless the manager is not the MNC type sitting in aircon shake leg and shoot email but roll up sleeve and help to push trolley of goods :D 

rank and file staff should have more months because their salary is lower ...

shareholder wants more for dividends ... 😬

Actually, if that notice is for real, SS 2019 bonus already not bad.

So far I've only heard Shell used to give more than 6 mths bonus.
