I DIY change shock absorbers before, all those parts comes as a set. If you just change the rubber cover or stopper, the labour charge is the same as replacing the whole shock absorber, since you need to take everything out. For upper arm bush, I can't remember which is the part. If it's the rubber (like a bell) containing all the grease, then you better get it replaced. Otherwise, after all the grease leaked out, there will be further damage. What are the parts to change at the same time? I wanna buy from stockist but other than the shocks itself, I am not sure what else to ask them for.

Grading is B with the following remarks: 1) VEHICLE SHOCK ABSORBER RUBBER STOPPER SIGN OF WORN (REAR) 2) VEHICLE UPPER ARM BUSH SIGN OF WORN (FRONT) Engine, Transmission, Torque Converter, Abnormal Noise, Shock Absorbers and Wheel Bearings all normal condition. Should I be concerned about the above remarks? Thanks! 🙂 I think is normal for a 5 yr old car to have such sign of wear. Shock absorber is wear and tear. Congrats with your new car! ↡ Advertisement
