But on another note, the bugger is only 19? And younger still when committed the offences. Fortunately for him, or unfortunately for the rest of us, as a young offender, he will get some leniency. In the news, they call him a "youth".

In singapore 17 can carry m16 and shoot enemy and defend nation liao .

Bet my ase if that guy is a normal guy without a lawyer, he sit in jail min a few years already .

Cutting off his electronic tag , this charge alone is enough to jail him, with almost 10 other charges, he still can escape
