Even you scold them on their gigacare agent for their super bad customer service also no one responded. I dont know why can be like this? 😓 Maybe due to cheap price, so cannot complain?! Lol. Expand yes agree. before I signed up with giga, I tried to chat with their CS, but sometimes waited over 1hour before they responded. Luckily, after signing up, I never had to contact them again. Been with giga for almost 1 year. Was previously with Singtel and later M1. So I had never been on starhub network before. Singtel's coverage is definitely the best, but I find their CS soso only. M1 on the other hand had better CS but network not as good. What I like about giga is that they are willing to "auto-upsize" the plans for the existing customers whenever they do that for the new sign-ups. also the unused data rollover is really nice. e.g. my $10 plan originally had 6GB data, 100 talktime and sms...then they auto upsize to 500 talktime and sms. my wife and kid's $18 plan had 40GB, 200 talktime and sms, now they have 50GB and 500 talktime and sms.

But too bad there is no CS support at all.

How often does anyone need to call them ? If it's regarding account issue, I think there's an email support. If your line is not working, it's most likely a system-wide outage that affects hundreds/thousands of subscribers, and there's no point contacting them, as they would be very busy handling those calls, while the problem is being worked on. Be patient. I think that's the whole point of lower price, get rid of unnecessary support. But if you really need someone to talk to, and you're lonely, better pay more to regular telco and get a human to talk to. 😁 Anyway I don't remember calling for CS at m1, singtel or starhub, while I was on their network for so many years.

I am new to this telco. Just ported over two lines last weekend. I was told the payment will be on cc monthly auto deduction. I am fine with it. However when I downloaded the app, I noticed that there is an option to click pay now or change payment method under the bill/payment page. Do I need to take any action or leave it for the auto deduction. Edited July 15, 2021 by Kopites
