How i misses those chats with human cso after holding the lines for hour or two. Now literally eyes need to glue to the screen for the next chat line to appear. I dialed the number, the auto answer is "In a few words, let us know what you want to do." After a few rounds of, "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that," can finally get the option to press 0 and talk to a human. My record is 1min, my normal is 5-7min.
