I thought I had the same problem with Gomo trying to cancel, MVNO, not telco.

They promise 24hrs chat bot. But it just go around in circles. Finally, they say will connect to a human. I waited 6 hours for a freaking human to appear !

How i misses those chats with human cso after holding the lines for hour or two. 

Now literally eyes need to glue to the screen for the next chat line to appear.

Upgrading, change of plan, a few clicks and bingo....A simple click, subscription can be terminated but there are reasons why companies are making it difficult to cancel their service. :D

I dialed the number, the auto answer is "In a few words, let us know what you want to do." After a few rounds of, "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that," can finally get the option to press 0 and talk to a human.

My record is 1min, my normal is 5-7min.

I couldn't reach the options "0" level. Instead got the voice message please call again.

I have 2x 4G routers that were bought, IIRC, around 2019 or before.  They were not comissioned for use because the plans at that time had not a lot of data. 🤣  Now, 4G had more data but we are already 5G. 🤣 

Also so much so that except fixed computers, am virtually on mobile data at home.  😆 

P.S.  The other day I was just thinking to bring my soon-to-be-purchase 5G router in the vehicle to make it fully mobile. 🤣

I managed to get a tp-link engineer to log into my deco X50-5G. He collected some logs and identify the problem. They will give me a beta to test.

It's quite amazing that I can get this kind of support from tp-link. Definitely, a good company to buy your stuffs from.

I have lots of tp link products in the house including lan socket access points. Their wifi cams are very cheap and very good.

No specific doorbell cam. Using cheap Tapo to see outside.

Using Tapo D230.... self installed in early June till now, battery left 58%.

IMHO.

Home. Mine is BB.  Main router piped to 2 wifi routers using powerline and 1 access point via MoCA.  1 wifi router for normal use and the other for IoT from TAPO, Ikea, Prolink, etc.

P.S.  I had this idea to IoT my vehicle. 🤣

All the above conditions must agreed wholeheartedly otherwise no handphone. 😁
