when i carry a heavy battery 15kg, and walk 50m with the mask on, i can hardly breath.

that's not brisk walking, just carrying a heavyweight and walking only.

I also do my regular brisk walking (of course with mask on). And I had seen some not wearing their masks properly with an excuse of holding cigarette (smoking) or drinks or food while they walk. It's really a loop hole. Why can't they stand a side and finished off their makan or/and smoking?

Anyway, the victim had make police report on the attacker. If the victim is OK without putting her face mask properly with the context of brisk walking to work (provide tuition), then it means such action is OK. In future, if caught by the authority,  just say doing brisk walking even when not in appropriate exercise attire as anyone can do brisk walking in any attire. (IMO, one would walk instead of brisk walking to, in this case as private tutor.  Brisk walking will perspire more and ends up full body sweat, body odour and sticky).

I was offloading 60 box of and 15 bags of fertilizer.

Each box weight around 9kg.

Each bag weight around 20kg.

I have problem breathing through face mask.
