Citizen from one of the biggest covid shxtstorm of a country blaming SG for getting covid.

Responding to this news, the Briton, a retiree who worked in banking, told The Straits Times that he hoped to have a "full and frank discussion" with the authorities about what had happened, once investigations into the cases have been concluded.

'Frustrating' to have possibly caught Covid-19 while on SHN at Mandarin Orchard, says Briton

Phase 3 going to broken before it starts if gahmen don't immediate ban flights from UK with the new variant

Actually good if phase 3 got U-turn, since the covid situation in other countries still quite bad. We should not in rushing to open up so fast.

P3 or P2 ... same same but different ... the 2 key points that i read are

a. 5pax increase to 8pax

b. 10sqm per person decrease to 8sqm per person

for (a), practically just to make it "legal" to have 8pax per table

for (b), all malls or places practically ownself declare ownself liao

Other than citizen or PR, no one can fly to Singapore without prior approval from ICA.

Maybe OYK hasn't gotten the approval from PM Lee to ban flights from UK as he is on leave?

thanks TF4 ...  [thumbsup]

medical staff must adhere to safety measure like "air tight"

during the start of outbreak ... tv shows medical staff wear ppe whole day until face sensitive and scar ... heart pain

but safety comes first ... no choice [bigcry]

once medical staff tio covid and infected more medical staff ... that's catastrophe ...

In a doorstop interview with media after Singapore Airlines (SIA) delivered the first shipment of Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccines to Singapore on Monday (Dec. 21), Transport Minister Ong Ye Kung addressed queries regarding the Covid-19 situation in London.

In response to a media question asking if a travel ban for U.K. was being considered, Ong said that the situation in the U.K. is something the government is looking at.

Ong also said that if there are any decisions to be made, the Ministry of Health will announce it.
