Frankly, you expect too much from Talk Cock Chan.

Glad that LHL said he and his ministers will take the vaccine first.

Actually the intention is good, but then it is the man below them that mightbe the problem. Not saying the man below them are not doing the job, but what if these man below want to prove the top that they are the best and do way extra things thinking that what he does will outshine others? Like maybe for regulators thinking that hmm.. I just need to be more on the ball and find out what is more that can regulate and show the boss I am doing work and can think out of box or think better then others where they can't find it? So that's when the top need to set clear directions on what to do and what not to do.

I am sure it’s just me .. I just wonder from the country of origin, should it not have more then 2 weeks before traveling to destination country if the number of imported case keeps increasing from that country base on stats?

I mean if Italy or Spain for example have new imported case after 2 weeks pre departure, would it then deem necessary to increase to 3 weeks before departure?

probably 3 weeks is a tad long but just thinking out loud.

As of 18 December 2020, 12pm, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed that there are no new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection.

2.      There are 9 imported cases, who had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice or isolated upon arrival in Singapore.

3.      We are still working through the details of the cases, and further updates will be shared via the MOH press release that will be issued tonight.

Wtf? 1 short term and 1 special pass from India?!?!?

1 to f, f properly.

Quote

Short-Term Visit Pass holder (Case 58610) who arrived from India to visit her Singaporean family member.

The remaining case (Case 58611) is a Special Pass holder who arrived from India to board a ship docked here as a crew member.

Why didn't the pre departure Covid test stop them from boarding the plane?  It puts many at risk.

That's the question MoH need to answer.

How come pre-flight testing show negative?
