They must be updating the app to make it more secure after the recent phishing scams.

Give it time to update its system. If not then switch bank. LoL...

whole afternoon the app so slow thought my phone prob

i paynow 1.7k 3 hrs ago and the other party never receive

but its deducted from my account ald

NB.. same. My fren paynow me juz a few hundred. I check n check. Nothing. Try call CS.. on hold 20mins. Hang up.

happen to me a few month back also , also paynow but with uob bank,

took very long for the other party to receive. in the end i make double payment🤮

cash is still best😂

Now back up and running progressively.   Refund is underway to those affected by transaction failures.
