No worries - they have mrt station there so the atas people won't see the hdbee dwellers coming out passing their atas homes. They will travel out underground!

No use no use. The surrounding atmosphere won’t be the same anymore when hdb is built there liao. Wait their atas homes value drop. 😅

Exactly what it might or will happen next time. Esp when the hdb can be rented out liao. The area would not be high ses anymore.

Can rent out Prime flats meh? Maybe will have new restrictions. No selling no renting for 20 years.

They should.

Due to its high land cost, the grant given to HDB will be high.

Prime flats cannot rent out whole unit? I still don't remember the rules and regulation for Prime flats. Only know the MOP period is 10 years. But even cannot rent out, but the selling price will be millions le, still worth la.

i am OK for people to FLIP "public housing" instead of must buy/sell back to HDB and HDB become a property agent

i would suggest to set a CAP to the selling price based on 2/3/4/5 rooms flat ... reviewed every 3 or 5 years ... whatever

with the CAP ... people still can flip and make money but is capped based on a formula

whatever formula that ah gong says making public housing "affordable" loh .... isn't that's the motto for HDB public housing?

so that the public housing price do not run to the MOON !!!!

Nothing stopping the seller from selling his car and furniture at inflated prices as a condition for the sale. Like Reverse Overtrade in the car industry.

i remember during crazy time ... COV can be as high as $100K+ ... nabei
