The number of lifts to units ratio plus the number of floors should be taken into account when making a purchase... vertical traffic jams are a real thing..

to think of the big picture, ppl upgrade is a good thing lah.

you upgrade to condo > you contribute to the economy > need to work longer > the economy can be more sustaining with your input.

Capitalist society is like that one mah. You need to keep on give give give. 😄

The problem is that they will be slave to their debt. Their boss spit saliva and treat them like dogs knowing that they need the job so take advantage. Call them middle of the night and expect a respond🤣

No la was only subordinate. "If I were you, I would have quit the job, good for nothing" but bo bian at that time got  loan to service so cannot just anyhow quit despite the humiliation 🤣 earn other people money is not easy and many fail to realise it thinking to service 25 year loan with the job is piece of cake

No need peak hours.

2 families of 4 can fill up the entire lift.

Your are correct. Thats why don’t understand why the lift still can stop 5-7 times. 😅

Sometimes cannot find everything also prefect when buy house.

Maybe you like the house and the price is right, but cannot be you give it up due to lift is not enough. Lol.

Same as if you need to walk far to the carpark from your blk, will you give up the house if everything else meet your expectation le?!

I once saw a condo

great feel but one lift person block .. that’s a modern condo no less

If it is under repair you can forget about delivery or even rushing to your car park so yes I am concerned about lifts

i once visited my friend’s HDB and it took

me three attempts to get into the lift

But hardly can find housing with many lifts, esp if the blk is not higher than 20 plus levels. Even i see some hdb with around 30 levels, one floor 4 units with 2 lifts, do you think it is enough or not enough? Lol.

You have a choice when you pick your million dollar home so choose wisely…

I wanted this condo - ground floor and just next to the pool but my number was so big I didn’t bother… imagine opening your porch gate and jumping into a pool 🏊

Yes, thats crucial

Some things are more important than others.  Some are good to have while some are must haves.

2 lifts is a must have. Sufficient parking is a must have. For me a good tennis court is necessary for a condo.

in the past, i didnt buy a condo becos th tennis court CMI.

Road access into the condo is also very important.  Some places choke up so much so often, its just dumb to live there.   Imagine the road into your condo gets jammed up all the time.  Go in queue up, go out queue up.  Literally at the mercy….. pwui
