It's very tasty and not too salty compared to bleached white salt. I loved it (pink Himalayan salt).😁

 

Don't forget that usually these studies are backed by industry interest groups. 😂 So, take it with a punch of salt.

 

"Vegetable" oil that doesn't come from vegetables is a good example. You'll be better off with pork lard oil vs "vegetable" oil.

Hmm don't eat such salts for health reason. Just for taste.

Sea salts nowadays, some people are scared of microplastics. Which can't deny can be an issue.

Just use regular table salt to salt most of the time. Sea/himalayan salts are for flavoring/finishing.
