AC smith also not bad. But save some money, joven and 707 are good enough.

thanks for all feedback n recommendation.. think will settle for a Joven

price wise i got a shocked of my life from one Licensed PUB chap.. Joven 35L with installation above false ceiling $930 before GST.... got so ex de meh?

This brand is just the wireless wifi can switch on right. 

Very difficult to just switch on for few mins prior meh. 

I rather stick to tried and tested.

Just get a 20A dipole wifi switch much much cheaper if really want remote/timer control. Can even program to turn on when there rain forecast. 

Same goes to WiFi aircon. IR WiFi hub costing a few dollars provides the same function.

I settled for HOE KEE which is prompt and manage to get it install with PUB (Please Use Bangla) installer. From txt in the morning 10.30am and done installation by 3.15pm. All in price $540.

i guess those PUB Licensed Installer charge quite high..

but what i don't get it is some company are PUB licensed but only maybe say the BOSS is the Pub Licensed installer.. the rest of the workers are not.. so say if need submission the boss will do the submission..

Just washed my AC in prep of hotter months to come. 

Was going to use this garden pressure spray bottle to pre spray coil cleaner diluted solution. I've only used this, at most for the 4th time. But this vacuum syringe like device failed. 

After I done with my ac cleaning. I realised it's this syringe O ring seal has some greenish gunk which I tried to clean off. But also have some grease like quality. Most syringes at work just have a rubber stopper bung at the plunger. 

This type of spray bottle more than 10 bucks. Quite wasted if can't fix this problem.

Bro, remember to put water to nearly full and spray for 2 times after use because the liquid is corrosive

I using the same. I use this method to make sure no residual chem eat the seals. I use the same cheap pump many times already. So far still can use

use a pressure washer... been doing it for 15years.

fins and blades clean clean. i also use daiso air filter(change monthly) which does affect air flow but help to reduce my pressure cleaning to every 6-8mths.

No need to engage aircon man, no need to chem wash which can corrode the pipes and also disturb the connection. save lots
