New battery for my son's retired Oppo R15 Pro..  Last checked with Accubattery, the old battery estimation was less than 2500 MAH  (rated at 3430MAH)

This time bought from Shoppe, Malaysian seller, coz cheapest at $18.50. Looks like original. year of manufactured was 2021 (left battery in the picture), old battery was manufactured in 2018.

Screenshot of first estimation of the new battery base on first charge is 3461 MAH.

The switch on my outdoor socket  went bad because the plastic and spring in the switch gear has deteriorated, i bought  a schneider socket but the switch does  not come with this connector below, this is a connector/sleeve to be attached to the pvc pipe to prevent water from going into the pipe, where could i buy this ? I ran to a few HDB HW shops but none of them has the exeact fit.

Bring this old socket to Choo Chiang, they are the mega stall of electrical components. Many branches all over the island.

Better check the youtube if you want to go thru the hassle of opening up the phone. Coz nowadays most phone use glue instead of clipped plastic back cover. Need to have the right tools, like heat gun/hair dryer, thin piece of metal or plastic to do the initial slipped into small gaps. The oppo and Redmi are accessed thru the back cover which is slightly easier. I just tried to open the Google Pixel, which is a pain coz have to access thru the front screen, and I have  cracked the edge of the sceen, coz the tool I have is too thick. Now I am waiting for the arrival of a thinner stainless steel sheet before trying again..

Yup. Only 1 year plus so send in as doubtful some drops of sweat can totally kill the phone.

Want to change battery, but to access to it, need to pry off the screen. Delicate process, need the right tools.  Aliexpress has the screen for around $40.. Maybe if I cracked the screen too much, I may just change the screen as well.

Also learned from service centre pixel 4A is not rated for water resistance, unlike the higher end ones.

Any reason why my instant water heater switch can become like that ?

Looks like overloading. Too much current passed through, the wire cannot handle the heat and insulation burned.

Reminder if this allows to continued uncheck. Wire fused occurs and danger.

Quote

When the plug to the water heater was opened after the incident, the cables inside were “badly burnt” and the earth cable and neutral cable had fused together.

I replaced two batteries, ordered from shopee, one for my Samsung tablet and one for my Samsung old note 8. The tablet seems ok, but the phone battery doesn't last long, capacity can reduce to 20-30% in a day even without using. Not sure if phone issue or they pass me lousy QC battery or recon type.

good to try, next time will know how to replace, not that difficult, a lot of youtube videos online for reference like what you had mentioned, even from those selling the same battery. The tools for replacement purposes are cheap $2-4 can get whole set in shopee.

I didn't break anything during replacement, just that I tried to dig the battery out from the centre of my phone not knowing the screen panel is directly behind resulting in a dot that slowly grow bigger on the LCD screen. ok with it since it's my spare phone, just trying out for the fun of it and learning purposes. Tablet will be easier since usually no IP68 ratings which means no glue at the side and usually clip on. Hair dryer/Heat Gun is a must to loosen the glue before trying to take out.

Ya, buy battery from online also there's a risk these are old stock, or worst when seller sells used battery as new.
