I actually have another shorter seven step too, and that was not enough for my old place with a 3m ceiling... so I bought this and it was barely adequately... ideally I would like something taller. Kb27 Supersonic September 12, 2020 Author Share September 12, 2020 I check other steps rivets. From the front it looks ok. But on the back, one is rusted (ready to break anytime), the other is missing. So if you have an aluminum ladder, with pop rivets, please check before using. Also any other stools, that you step on, please check. Wood may also rot and crack.

Bro, not sure how you will be affected, but hope you are aware that aluminium should not be in contact with steel. It is well known that there will be accelerated galvanic corrosion of 1 of the metals. That may ironically make your ladder worse off in terms of safety. In car construction, they have to use special techniques to electrically isolate the 2 metals if they need to be fixed together.

Thanks bro, I like the A Frame two sided ones (if the terminology is correct?) I tried these and yep, they can slip... can't work solo so easily... ↡ Advertisement
