Hijacking this thread -

Anyone with recent experience of kitchen renovations by Song-Cho?

Song-cho makes the high quality SS kitchen and toilet stuff right?

after renovation. Cost is 36k. Furnishing/Furniture maybe around 8k. Third time we worked with our Reno contractor. First time was like 16 years ago...

We tore up the dry kitchen to convert it to a study.

Redid the wet kitchen to add in oven, granite top.

Bedrooms did minor stuff like add bed frame, study table.

Living did simple panelling.

Painting, plus light box.

Pics taken by me 🙂

Just saw your thread.  For 36k,  this is very well done!  Good price.

Good idea. But will be more than double the costs and with 1 motor per window, more things to break down.

Confirmed such window would not be cheap lo.

The reno looks v nice.

Curious, how much does the full height wood panel with TV console costs roughly? The design reminds me of some hotels 😊

Did you do anything to the bathroom? Find that if major bathroom works are required can easily add another 5k per bathroom to the reno cost.

Last month I moved into a new house and decided to renovate the kitchen. I used to think that renovation is tedious and expensive, but if you think carefully about the design and make a work plan, the renovation will end quickly. It took me a week to buy all the necessary furniture and another 3 weeks to install everything.
