Ppl who haven bought or bought non-guaranteed want lower, ppl who bought guaranteed or recently topped up want it to maintain or go higher

It's slower than last round. But due to lower quota, so it seems like very fast.

Actually you are right as well... the rise is almost same as last round but quota is lower. So, i am expecting a fierce competition for CAT A this round.
