Are our education really waybway way below the curve and hence fresh grads are still unemployed?

Has the need for foregine talent been met or is the gap slill from a singaporean vs a FT is so large that really, singaporean CMI and a tweak of the skills will ensure a closing of the knowledge gap?

How has the education from the 3rd world country with flawed infrastructre manage to produce star like quality of IT from india. From the covid19 shutdown and working remotely from india has seen wide spread epedemic service support faillure. Do we still feel that relying on india support is good enuf?

How will jobs be gurantee if someone from the age of 45 to 55 who is unemployed in IT and skill up and get certified in security or data analytics find a job. Is there an assurance that company will take a risk and that companies will give the job to those so called skilled up profressional or will a prefrential treatment still be offred to the same villiage people from the foregned land?.

(I know , no one owe u a living, but it does seem that people are ignoring meritoracy for jobs seekers).

How has the KPI been improved for the MOM watchlist and has those on the watchlist been serverly dealt with ?
