How to spot COMET NEOWISE from Singapore

Good,  this is right up my alley.   Will be better view in the morning just before the sunrise, but now just after sunset will also work.

how to see north west horizon in singapore? i so big also never see horizon in singapore, go east coast also cannot see, block by riau island, and that is south facing.  will the neowise comet go higher up the sky as the night progresses?

 

if anyone can find a spot in SG that can satisfy these two conditions, do let me know!  

(1) Find a spot with unobstructed north western view of the horizon.

(3) Start hunting shortly after Sun sets and the sky is just dark enough to see dim stars near the horizon.

Don't waste time. 

I did. And petrol and effort and parking $. 

The clouds are very low on the horizon. And the Malaysian landscape obscures the part closest to the horizon. The lighthouse itself doesn't seem tall enough to offer much of a vantage point. 

All I got for my trouble was seeing a lot of irresponsible anglers (fishermen) walking around, talking and smoking without masks on. 🙄
