Cannot let her go so cheaply. Her offence is not failing to pay fare only hor. She attack and injured member of public. also cause public nuisance and disruptions to services for others. Caning is required, minimum is jail term.

recently, another case killed 3 plus without valid licence only fine $1400 and suspend driving for a year.. 

so this case how? can the sentence be more serious than this?
