I guess many rich people, they are asset rich than cash rich on hand? Cause wasted that cash is sitting inside the bank without generating more money? So they keep just enough cash to spend in bank?

Pay mortgage instalments mah.  2-3 properties.  Correction, that pilot not rich. 

Ask Showster if you want to understand, he has 4 properties, 2 fully paid, 2 still got mortgage.  Song song gao jurong.

That pilot consider rich liao, cause he knows how to make his money work harder for him. Am i right to say when he sells away his properties, he is cash rich?! Even no sell, every month he collect rental also can become rich.
