I am worked up about the CECA issue, but I have seen over the last 4 decades our local human resource seems to be on a slide: - Poor civic mindedness, for eg. all refuse to clear their own refuse after eating in hawker centres (all ages) - deteriorating language abilities, not just mother tongue but English standard is now terrible - Analysis skills and general knowledge very poor (maybe G wants it this way) Think your last statement abit bias.. No matter what government do, its all depends on individual on the will. In fact if you want to say analysis skill to very specific, general knowledge.. I can tell you even you me also do not have that skill top notch. It's not that easy hor, even after graduate from uni does not mean a person have superb analytical skills and general knowledge hor.. ↡ Advertisement

He himself been though the whole process from being an interviewee to interviewer to fire fighting after the interviewee get employed and etc.. Pick up these pointers that the article mentioned and try not to repeat the same mistake as the author does. Good luck for those who is applying for jobs and going for interview.
