The_Bear Turbocharged May 23, 2020 Share May 23, 2020 Why buy used car in Sg? For most BnB cars, the annual depreciation is nearly the same as a new car, the maintenance will be costlier, fuel consumption worse. All in all, the annual cost might even be higher than a new car.

The big Q is when?🤓 Long time more. my guess is the 1st gen of IU will not be able to calculate distance accurately. It will be the 2nd gen a couple of years later that can do so. Haha I don’t understand what you are saying. You mean I’m a girl? 😅 your so called studies about the 2 key things is related to what? Buying of expensive but used items to have the price and make other jealous? I just don’t like used goods that’s all. It’s not about an opened or closed mind. It’s a matter of preference.
Fat_slayer 4th Gear May 23, 2020 Share May 23, 2020 Can the dealer in this case denied they tampered with the odometer? They could have said that they bought the car from the seller, the mileage was as it is. It’s true that the mileage was tampered with but no evidence it was done by the dealer.
Hamburger Hypersonic May 23, 2020 Share May 23, 2020 Bottoms line. 1. Easy to proof mileage was tampered. 2.Cannot proof it was the dealer who did it, unless more resources are pour in. Question is, who is paying? No wonder the plaintiff gave up in the end. Court proceedings are solely for the rich.

Sadly, plaintiff never provide concrete evidence on the misrepresentation to the extent that judge has to tell lawyer what to do.

Fuelsaver Supercharged May 23, 2020 Share May 23, 2020 7 hours ago, Picnic06-Biante15 said: With the new policies (Lemon Law), AD cannot force new car owners to do maintenance at their workshop. Owners can go to any "reliable" workshops for servcing (servicing - oil change, brake pads, aircon servicing, change of blown bulbs) but AD still have to honour the warranties of major parts unless owners modified the parts. So AD can't maintain the records unless the owner only goes back to them for every 10,000 km servicing. Then it's owners responsibility already. Either way, buy from AD or AD used car arm if possible. At least should have proper records without potential tampering. Or direct owners with proper records verifiable at agent or their patronised workshops. I used to keep all records of service and repair of the rides I've owned until I sold them.
