Since the Circuit Breaker, most of us will be staying at home and will not be using our cars. So this get me thinking🤔, will our gas turn bad👎 if we do not use our car? How long will it take to turn bad? and how can we prevent it from turning bad if we no not use our car. Any maintenance tips?:slow:

Petrol is an evaporative substance, as long as we keep it in a sealed petrol tank, it should last about a few months. However, the petrol will degrade when you have kept the petrol inside the tank for too long. So for those who are running on high octane engine, best is to get a bottle of octane booster or fuel stabilizer to keep the petrol in optimum condition.

My go-to product for this is Liqui-Moly Octane Plus.

Drive your car out once a week or two weeks once lo. Dont think car can spoilt so easily, even for battery?! You see some people go holiday for 1 month and leave the car at carpark also no problem.

I agree. worse to worse, you can get someone to jumpstart.

Here are the workshops that are open during this circuit breaker.

I think of more concern is the flat spot on the tyre when parked over an extended period.

Can try to over-inflated it to if you really foresee not during at all during this period of time. . .

But best is to drive around the carpark. . . The engine and transmission oil can circulate abit also.

Please tell your MIL not to show her face in public. I assume she's the one in the middle?

Or is that her ass? 😁

I ever sold an 8 yrs old B&B car (i drove it every day) to my relative and one day i heard from him that the workshop told him something wrong (forget what) with the car as he left it too long never drive after he took over the car. So lao pok also must give some TLC (red line it) once a while 😈...
