yup... everyone can give comments... and blah blah. in the eyes of the manufacturer, their sales are still high and good. why they care. the "some" people who are willing to part with their money for a CMI product are still enough to make a difference.

Agree. You are the customer, you decide when to part with your money. They cannot force you to buy what you don’t like. Be a smart consumer.

bottom line  for the big brands is..."want to buy just buy, not happy... just F.. off."

I think Toyota lost its No.1

Ok this one looks presentable but current Altis and esp the orginal RAV4 HU cmi for sure but I understand for RAV4, BM changed the HU after negative feedback i think.

Entry level Harrier still CMI.

If Harrier brought in with this screen, it definitely feels more premium than RAV4.  Ppl might pay more money for it as compared to RAV4.

They lost the overall no. 1 spot in Singapore due to many Honda PI cars brought in. If only AD sales r counted, they are still no. 1 but they play cheat cos Lexus also counted under Toyota.

Worldwide they hv lost out to VW group I think.

With so many new Toyota launched this year, we might see the swing in next 18 mths for PI

yup. all big brands act the same way. VW also doesn't give a hoot about DSG.

That's because we have don't have consumer protection.

Look around the causeway.  VW owner park their car outside VW office

I think price is out. $150888 for Elegance petrol after a $3k discount but need to register this year n $161888 for Luxury hybrid after $2k VIP discount. Not sure on the estimated OMV but seems pricey to me.

I’m abit surprised at their high pricing. The Yaris Cross hybrid was priced competitively n partly cos they wanted to fight with PI but this doesn’t seem to be the case with the new Harrier. Not sure how much PI selling Harrier though.

I think @Thaiyotakamli mentioned previously PI sell at 160k.

Is it the plug-in hybrid?

Aiya, no point lah. This car is good and works well in other parts of the world except Sgp. It's just too costly here.

The only Jap PHEV I know is Prius.
