Watwheels Supersonic May 19, 2020 Share May 19, 2020 2 hours ago, Daniu82 said: I understand. Because of this, BM then bring in turbo version to fight them. But also I heard that the turbo version also not as powerful like the 227hp that it claims to have. Any owners of the turbo version can comment on this? I test drive it a couple of times last year. I was choosing between the Harrier turbo vs the new RAV4. But I end up choosing the latter. You cant feel the performance for a couple of reasons. It's a quiet drive hence you dont hear the exhaust roar and you wont feel the higher speed. It's not an engaging drive you would expect from the 2.0L turbo engine. The suspension of the Harrier is also on the softer side for comfort. It has got this floaty-ish feel at higher speeds. Can feel the body roll around bends. Overall it's disappointing to me. Overall as in the premium price and what you are getting in the package as a whole. What it felt like is a repackaged old car that's selling at a premium. The power train and gb doesnt feel like it's meant for this car. It's not since it was from the 2015 NX200t. It feels more suited if it were to be in a sedan maybe like in a Camry. Old car is becos the Harrier design has been around for more than 5 or 7 years? Anyway I felt that way cos I was comparing to the new RAV4 which has a more modern interior. To others they may feel different. It's definitely fast in the straight if that's your thing. For me fuel economy is a more practical choice for my daily drive that's why I chose the RAV4. I think I will only get to use a fraction of the Harrier's power daily if I choose it. If you want a 2.0L TC car I would suggest looking at Skoda's VRS sporty sedan. That would give you what you would expect.
