How I cope with WFH (Working from home)

Definitely. No joke but I had a colleague who suffered slipped disc and sitting at office for long periods was a pain.

During WFH time in the long circuit breaker period, she said was able to lie down to rest periodically and her slipped disc condition improved.

i guess this sure fit the bill for "ergonomic" .... lol

Unfortunately going to be history cos too many people abuse but at least lao uncles and aunties can turn up punctually in the morning

Correct, many people marry late or have kid late. Most people first kid is at least in their mid 30s, late 30s or even early 40s.

Note coping well today, SAF doing low-level loop-d-loops over my place in their A330 since like 8am whilst also constantly being buzzed by F15 close enough I can read the markings.

Oh, now a distant humming of a heli.....

I keep thinking of governmental push to make us all drive EV to save the environment whilst SAF is burning tanker loads of aviation fuel for, from the outside, seems like too much playing around exercise.

I live nowhere near any air base, in the centre of SG so it can be argued, I didn't sign up for this sh!t.

Make lemonade from lemons given to you in life

Take up aviation photography hobby. Some people actually drive to somewhere near airport to purposely get buzzed and snap some good pics

I'm still getting, now, buzzed by Apaches all afternoon, even just a few moments ago.

Basically, there is a direct link better loud ambient noise and stress, so SAF plays its part in reducing citizen lifespan, as do bus companies still operating old, super loud diesels.

Oh, now another jet goes over too.

If your house will be bomb blast with such noise, i think better to work in office. Also now the weather is so hot, work in office best.

I find those loud old diesel bus is more irritating than the planes. As those buses run whole day.

I might give up and do that the next couple of days, but they've also flown over a few times just in the last half hour also.

They've been going over my apartment, then, for more than 12hrs.

Seems like you stay around NE or North area like Yishun to hear heli and F15.
