If good condition tyres wise, I would believe the Michelins performance will out stop the Touradors. If cup corner at 80km/h, of course the Michelins will be better. I still believe you pay for both the brand and quality and I do not want to quote exceptions, just day-to-day normal driving. Sure if have money to spare, go for the best. But if the Michelins are near bo tak, then I rather people focus on regular tyre change than the brand.

IMHO.
Some information on Michelin Primacy when worn.

True to form, the Primacy 4 did better than both competitors. For new tyres, the result was up to 5.4m shorter braking distance
and for worn tyres, the best improvement was a staggering 10m shorter braking distance.

The worn Primacy 4 tyres even “out-braked” new tyres of one competitor by 1.6m. How’s that for lasting wet braking performance?

I am on the latest Premacy 4 myself. Even then, I still change out when due.

I am not a high mileage driver, follow quite the standard to rotate every 10k km and stretch to 3 years plus minus. My tyre thread usually still got at least 40-50% but can feel the rubber hardened (road noise start to increase), probably due to our weather condition. I take those test with a pinch of salt (good as a reference)  as there are likely elements of marketing and test conditions are likely also different.
