Might not be, saw on property guru that this development have 486 units. Usually for condo maintenance, big number of units usually means lower maintenance fees.

Those super small development with <50 units is the worst as they get older.. residents need to fork out cash for major estate repairs.

I always thought that SES, is just a "make up" topic to incite a conversation.

But if we actual wants to have a benchmark of SES, should it not tie back to the minimum wage and how far our fellow singaporean are left behind?
