I tried searching on the net but I couldn't get any solid information on it. What's the minimum age for applying for a license and also driving with a provisional/learner's license in Singapore? But anyway, no one is stopping you to drive the 4 wheels. You can save up some money now and practice the BTT and FTT question over at https://www.sgdriving.org/ Then when your birthday comes, go to the driving centre and register and start learning! 🙂 In the meanwhile, you can participate in this forum for more car info.
