Although credit card number is in reverse but given it is embossed, it is not hard for imaging software and a IT hacker to do wonders. Play safe and mosaic it before posting online bah. Nonetheless, congrats on your new purchase and wish you luck in the upcoming bidding. Cheers! P.S. My guess is remain or up 1k to buffer for Motor Show. 🙂 Edited January 5, 2020 by Wormee

carlovexes Neutral Newbie January 8, 2020 Share January 8, 2020 Hi guys. I have a question about COE. What happens if there are less bids than the available quota ? How is the price determined in such a case ? Does the COE price become the lowest bidded price or an average ? Can someone please explain this to me with an example ? If less bids are received than the available quota.

Verdict: All 45 bidders pays $10 for their COE Available quota: 50 Submitted bid: 55 and all same bid price at $10 Verdict: All not successful. 50 COE will be added into the next bidding exercise
