They were banking on winning UEL to qualify for next season UCL and with a 2-0 first leg lead, they were favourites to go thru but just didnt turn up. Not only Kane but Son also will go if Spurs can't get UCL. JM methods outdated and he aggravates matters by publicly blaming his players for not listening to instructions when they lose. He was successful at Chelsea n Inter cos they had really great defenders working as a unit so they seldom let in goals n the team could always be counted to score on the counter attack which meant once they were in the lead, almost always game over. This method not reliable anymore in the modern game and aggravated by Spurs not having the best of defenders and inversely, they have a great attack so Spurs shld be playing to their strengths instead ie normal attacking game and not be so negative and pragmatic.
