The details of the December 2019 1st open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) are as follows:

Tender opens: Monday, 2 December 2019, 12 noon
Tender closes: Wednesday, 4 December 2019, 4.00 pm
Tender results: Wednesday, 4 December 2019 (Available on the www.onemotoring.com.sg website)

The total quota available for this tender is 3,438 for the following vehicle categories:

NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:
Category A: Cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,030
Category B: Cars (above 1600cc or 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,013
Category D: Motorcycles => 693

TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:
Category C: Goods Vehicles and Buses => 318
Category E: Open Category => 384

CS bonus low.  Maybe no one will be rushing to buy car now. Suspect will not rise.  Fall? Not really but maybe next cycle if pte sector follows suit and give 0.1 month bonus also...

COE should go up abit because of the new Altis. Fans of Toyota will be going in for the new model. The Altis or Corolla has always been an Ah Pek...oops ! .......should be Singaporeans favourite cars.

There are only 2,000+ COE for bidding per cycle, if "everybody" wants to get new car , COE price will surge to sky high. 😄😄😄.

Anyway  a few $k moment from bid to bid is nothing, most dealers wont adjust their car price much.. The real ups and downs were during the LCR time a few years ago when COE prices were above $50k, now consider good price relatively.

Those that bought have already paid deposit, bidding this round should not be affected by 0.1

G12 Altis is here. PHV rental companies will have a made rush to order them as their next PHV favorite. 

New G12 Altis will cover both Cat A and Cat B (hybrid model). 

My guess: Cat A: 38000, Cat B: 42000

already saw one G12 altis private hire yesterday, not a bad car.

A few AD are giving good discount and promo package in order to meet their year-end sales target to the factory. Hence, they are likely to bid aggressively to deliver the car.
