Seriously, Marina Bay that whole land reclaimed area, if not for proximity to city, is basically a bird no lay egg area.

Find it exasperating cant find reasonably priced parking there. I had to resort to parking at GBTB open air carpark sometimes. What a joke. Going for whole day work meetings with clients at Marina Bay is the worst

Marina Bay that area where got a bird no lay egg. Over there have 4 MRT lines le. NSL, CCL, DTL and TEL. Even more well connected than Raffles Place/Tanjong Pagar area. 😂 How come you go for official work meetings cannot claim parking?

Anyway, cannot find reasonably parking rate in CBD area, whether it is Marina Bay or Raffles Place area lo. Maybe at Tanjong Pagar still can find slightly cheaper parking at those HDB. Half hour parking in CBD mostly at least $3. 😅

I mean the whole patch of Sheares Ave, it's all reclaimed land and other than MBFC, everything south of MBFC is unused land. So much space, yet no reasonable parking.

Actually they usually dont have parking coupons one. There is always the MRT alternative, which most people working there take so most of the time they dont even consider such requests

Hearsay the season parking around Raffles Place MRT area for non-tenant rate are all above $400 now, no more below $300 plus liao. Looks like the demand for season parking has gone up.
