Get a car taller than you so that you can't see the water marks on top.

Car taller than me, then only full size SUV or Van liao. Lol.

soft top capture more rubbish actually, besides stains and marks, have hair, fur, cobweb and dust too

bird droppings are PITA to clean on soft top

very true, i have seen cat climb on to soft top - logical for cats to prefer sitting on canvas surface than hard ground of car park or cold painted surface of car - and they leave hairs and furs that dont look easy to remove ..

If you cannot tahan water mark on the rim, then how you tahan water mark on the car roof since it is normal to find water mark on the car roof lo. Until now i still dont know how to prevent it from appearing? Lol.

i think roof almost impossible to have no water marks but i recently tried the autoglym hybrid ceramic spray and found it really hydrophobic - much of the water rolls off easily so less water stays on the roof and therefore less water spots ..

I think water marks formed due to after raining, the water is left to dry by itself. Esp if the car is parked in open carpark and the water is dry by the sun, sure have water marks. Even parked shelter, water marks also can have. Unless you always send the car for polishing, then can reduce or eliminate water marks.

yes, sure have water marks but can lessen it .. the hybrid ceramic spray really makes water roll off, so there is less water spots after rain .. cannot eliminate water marks totally especially for dark colour cars, but at least much less now ..
