I think it was around 1995 that they raised min age from 17 to 18. Cos in 1995 I was 17 and a few of us quickly went to register at bbdc after our birthdays as the min age was going to be raised. I wasn't really interested to drive but went along with friends. I lost interest and dropped out after just a few theory lessons. Those friends all got their licence at 17. I only picked up again in my 20s.

Whether the min age is 17 or 18 i also have no interest to learn to drive cause no money to learn driving and no car to drive, so get licence also no use. Lol.

Frankly I am a noob to be able to tell the authenticity of it. I have taken the photo a few months back and hesitated to post it lest someone will dismiss it as just another Aston Martin and not rare until I read @Carbon82's post.

Yes this is the Superleggra. From the front, the headlight, grill nad bonnet differentiate it from the DB11, which it is based on.
