Bluepica 4th Gear September 19, 2019 Share September 19, 2019 Hi, Have you switched? I have switched to Senoko since early this year and since then, every month billing date and payment due date is different! Sometimes I have to pay twice in a month !! look at my billing date :- 26 May22 Jun11 July30 Aug17 Sept complained to Senoko they said they can’t do anything because the reading was provided to them by SP Power. Taiji here n there . They said it’s like that throughout the industry. so for those who have switched to other electricity provider, are you facing the same problem? ↡ Advertisement

Watwheels Supersonic September 19, 2019 Share September 19, 2019 I'm with senoko as well. So far billing time has been consistent. Billing notification is between 25-28th of each month. Deduction is the following week. When I migrated to their company is around the end of the month too.

OCD lo.... when I'm with SP before the switched, the GIRO deduction was fixed every month. but now is like they suka suka charge to my card now and then... because the different in billing date affects the due date also. Hamburger Hypersonic August 20, 2020 Share August 20, 2020 checking with bros and sis here. just received my July electricity bill from semcorp and was shocked to see it raised 3 folds. My average was less than 80 for the last 1.5 years and suddenly it rise to almost 210. Do check your bill and see if any discrepancies.

During CB the bill most likely is estimation base on past average. However, CB most stay home and the actual bill is much higher. So your current bill is the actual checking on meter that accumulate all pass 3 to 4 months extra from estimate.

Kangadrool Supersonic August 20, 2020 Share August 20, 2020 (edited) I think they recently sent very strong electricity to our homes in anticipation of higher power consumption due to Covid-19. The meters end up running very fast due to stronger than usual electricity. LOL!!! Usually, when rebates increased, bills are also increased.
