Hard to say lah. TP can charge the bugger but insurance is another thing. Really depends on the terms in the contract clause.

At most fine and demerit pts for the farker who beat the traffic lights..

If he is compassionate enough, he'd give some money to repair his bike and see a doctor for his injuries..
