thats like saying, plenty of stupid buyers available to buy @ 1.5mil 

I doubt thats the case. If really anyhow buy, than some of the launch like at hillview area would have been long gone and not have to do so many re start and advert

Its all about affordability,  with PSF on the up, over the years developers have been shrinking unit sizes to remain within buyer sweet spot.

Made worse with CMs- TDSR/LTV/ABSD,  that buyers today have to content with, further reducing buyer unit size affordability.

Thats also why we have ahgong recent intervention on min unit size requirements. 😉
