Expand Bto more value for money - brand new, 99yr lease vs resale pay a premium in price in exchange for no waiting time and choice of location, another is cost factor - example buying older resale have to also add on more in reno cost, plus bank loan interest due to the higher purchase price, 2 room bto lower price after grants can full cash.
