Is anyone able to get this to work? I like navigating this to the right section, but when I click on it, there's no response..

I've tried the same to search for word within a tread, but not able to.

The latest unread post button doesn't appear if the thread title is too long.

I notice there is no post numbering in this new format. It would be good for referencing!

hmm i didn't pay attention. but this is a good point. Though personally i just quote the actual post. Esp since the new quoting part is so easy.

Forget about searching for now, if you have anything interesting,  just go start a new thread,  and we can all go discuss.

I noticed,, but I thought to bring up later when everything is more stable. 

Yes,  good for reference if we want to go back to a particular post. But for debate or quoting purpose,  I think with the multiple quote system in place now,  it is eailer to just quote the quotes rather to refer to post numbers.

Don't worry lah,  if got similar stuffs appear,  they know to merge mah. And nobody can tell exactly when the forum will stable down, maybe another week,  maybe another month. 

That one their job to worry,  our job is start new thread and happily happily talk cork, but got issue we just highlight and share share....

I think it's a good time to refresh the older threads. Anyway at most just put a "(continued)" lor.

New thread for latest news. Cos if it's inside an old thread, most people will just assume it's a continuation and not click into it. With how social media works these days, people want news fast. And old threads spanning years back but with a latest news will not gain eyeballs. The current mods have all been briefed on this and will not give warnings for legit reasons to start a new thread. 

I would say, when in doubt, just create a new thread. We will merge it if it's a repeat. And with the search function down now, you will not be penalized for starting a new thread. 😀
