And so I've been trying soap.

Chandrika - smells nice 75g, 55 cents

999 Chlorophyll (Malaysia) - smells nice too, 100g 90 cents

 

And this one is wow:

Cinnamon (Chandanalepa) , Sri Lanka soap, 100g $3.50

Thanks bro, I have the standard bars, it's the aloe that my wife likes, will check it out 🙂

I saw a variety of Asepso bar soap including aloe at Parkway Parade Japan Home, Basement next to Cedele. 

That was a week ago. Perhaps u may want to call first to check availability.

$1 per pc. I was surprised at the variety of soap under this brand hence took note. 

Place changed abit with most obvious being Giant no longer there. NTUC supposedly taken over but reno still ongoing when i was there last.

Saw this when at Suntec Japan Home today ( din see any aloe Vera though).

If you are still looking for it. Japan Home at People’s Park Centre level 1 has stock. This is the building opposite OG next to subordinate courts

Not sure about other Japan Home outlets. Just happen to pass by. If you are solely here to buy the soap, then park at the People's Park Centre carpark. Else, you can park at Chinatown Point where there is a bit more eateries & shopping. If it rains, there is a sheltered link bridge between these 2 buildings. No umbrella required 😀

Cinnamon is quite expensive and to extract the oil (fragrance is not cheap too, if genuine).

Sometimes I wonder what soap our ancestors used say about 100-150 years back ?? ........... I guess there were wells/ponds or river every where to go skinny dipping      🤣
