240-250 deg in the oven for 20 min, until see oil drip out. 

 

crispy and juicy!!! 

 

but must eat while hot, once it is cold, it turn hard liao. 

 

I always have a package in my freezer for a quick fix.

I seldom eat at malay stalls because they have very iffy pricing tactics. Somehow they charge me much more than they charge their own kind. Doesn't seem fair to me.

 

yup Malay food is generally more expensive than Chinese food … so is Indian food … and some places, the que and prices go by race and religion.

 

but the way they handle their spices is superb !!

 

generally, any nasi padang stall will sell fragrant fried chicken. its the way they marinate the chicken with the kunyit spice … I tried it before but failed terribly - ended up bitter instead.

These type pre cook chicken is better to use air fryer. Cheap to replace if spoil. Non-philip brands usually around $60 to $70. They are just convection oven really.
