I guess it will be just normal crowd. 

Most of the people who have the intention to buy car already knows COE is on the down trend, and 110 is just the start. So i don't think this 110K COE will be a big crowd puller.

You're right. Most from Mexico.

My previous V177 A200 is from Mexico and it's a piece of crap, never felt more happy dumping it off.

Germany has stopped production of the current A and GLB class in Germany if i'm not wrong. Not sure if the GLA is still made in Germany, but I think for merc, it's preferable to get from Germany.

Having test driven both, my verdict:

1) Plantedness feel: X1 wins

2) Drive smoothness and refinement: X1 clear winner

3) Sound insulation: X1 wins

4) Interior design: I'd say it's a tie

5) Power: GLA180 and X1 16i feels similar, both underpowered... 

6) Interior size and space: X1 wins

@Rickster imo only exterior GLA nicer.

The rest X1 better. But i think X1 cost like 15k more than GLA180…..not sure whats their latest nett pricing liao

Pricing wise, I'd argue that the X1 is actually better value, you're getting alot more car + a much newer model for just 15k more.

But at the end of the day, i guess brand preference also play a significant role in the buying decision.

I am surprise sound insulation X1 is better.  Exterior I think X1 nicer but interior I think GLA much nicer. More class and modern feel.
